Aside from ALWAYS showing up on time and working the entire day, they cleaned up at the end of each day. If they weren't going to be there, that was communicated ahead of time. Everyone from 3 Leaves who came to the house and worked on our deck was friendly and interactive with my kids who liked to ask questions and watch the build. Pricing was totally fair. Project was completed quickly. Entire company has an outstanding work ethic. Working with 3 Leaves has been the best experience. You will not be disappointed!

3 Leaves just finished our backyard deck. They covered our small, existing concrete patio and then extended it out into our backyard. The deck looks super and the work was completed quickly. They were very neat and the kept us informed at all times as to what was going on. The crew was very professional and Terrence worked hard to make sure we were in line with local building codes. We replaced our deck this summer using 3 Leaves Woodwork and Construction. My number one concern with anyone that works on my house is always around how well do they listen. From the time we asked for a quote to the finishing up of the punch list the entire team was very responsive and did an excellent job on my home. We went with them originally because they were able to quote the concrete work and deck replacement as one job. We really wanted to be dealing with one company and have everything work together. We are so happy we did. The concrete patio looks awesome and the deck is beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the way this turned out. Terrence even listened to how we wanted things finished so we could complete a dog run after the deck was complete. I strongly recommend this company.

Had 3 Leaves build a pergola on our patio. They put as much effort into the quality of little details as they did the quality of overall design and build. They listened carefully to our thoughts and wants, and made sure we were satisfied. They came recommended by a professional landscape architect whom we've known for years, and we highly recommend them now as well.

I had a great experience working with Terrence and the team at 3 Leaves! They were kind, professional, and they they did a great job restoring my old deck. Terrence was very understanding that I couldn't have a new deck built this year, and he worked just as hard making the old one safe. I will definitely bring them back when it's time for a brand new one!
